The low pay-out of $5.00 is very reasonable.

They pay in points, 10 Opinion Points = $1.00 and you must accumulate a minimum of 50 Opinion Points ($5.00) before redeeming. They will send a check in the mail.

They are open to people in the U.S. and Canada.

You can be notified of surveys thru email, you can also log-in and check the “Members area” daily.   You should check often as some surveys are filled fast, you can also opt-in for phone surveys!

It’s a relatively new blog, but it’s getting some attention and as I mentioned has some resources worth checking out if you want to Make Some Money From Home. It has information on how to monetize your existing websites, how to get free web site hosting, some turn key setups and other opportunities.

Sassy 2 turned me on to Opinion Outpost.

I joined up in mid March and requested a payment April 7/09.

I joined them in mid March and was paid $23.75 in mid April.

This doesn’t sound  like a lot, but I have several sites I’m working on and don’t get to them all on a daily basis.  I’m sure with a little more effort on my part I could have easily cleared $100.00 in a months time.

We believe this site is definitely worth signing on with.  You have nothing to lose and nothing but cash to gain.

Treasure Trooper has many different ways to make money.   It’s a fun site with an excellent forum to get help or some first timer tips.

You will get out of it what you put in.

AdPaid is at the top of my list, not only because it starts with an A, but because I got my first payout!

They have been around since 2004 and have won their share of awards.

They have a low payout of $3.00….the best site so far and I have signed up for many PTR’s, (paid to read),  so that  I will be able to report on the good, the bad, and the ugly.

They also have 3 weekly surveys paying 80 cents and $1.00, plus a $5.00 weekly bonus you can win for doing the surveys!

I joined AdPaid March 29-09.   I registered for a payout of $5.88 a little after midnight on April 8th and received a conformation email from PayPal at 3:16 am……now that’s fast payment!

Sure a $5.00 bonus was most of the payment, but I ain’t complaining.  It’s a great reward system and we can only hope that others follow in their footsteps.

They also have a forum and the people there are eager to help. So if  your looking to make an extra few bucks this seems to be a sure bet.  Don’t plan on getting rich, that’s not gonna happen with any of these places, but I’ll settle for gas money any day.

So instead of searching the sofa for a little mad money check them out!

Recently I’ve read about a company that tries to avoid paying by charging the survey taker with fraud. And not one but several people have this problem and with the same company.

My View on this is to make sure you are honest on your surveys-there’s never a right or wrong answer. Honest survey companies want input from every kind of shopper out there–young or old–poor or rich (although I don’t know why rich people would be doing surveys for money)–city-fied or country folk–kids or no kids, blah, blah.

Reading message on RoseBiz leads me to my second tip. STAY SAFE! I got a similar warning on another site. It read..Your Computer Is Infected…Windows security affected by Virus…Virus Doctor. Online Protection from Internet Explorer.

It had a list inside a window of the viruses, Trojan Horses, and Adware and their threat level. It told me it found viruses on my documents and my hard drive.   And it looked legit.    I exited out and ran my own complete scan and found nothing.

I read later that I should have pushed control+alt+delete, gone to task manager, looked at the running programs and delete it.   AND even clicking the x on the site itself can put you in a world of hurt.

So keep your security programs up to date and set them to run updates automatically and stay safe!!! D.-SassAss 2

RoseBizs.com, just one of the many get paid to sites I am evaluating.    It didn’t please me and here is why.

You get  20-30 or more pop ups and pop unders on some mail clicks. I emailed them about it, no response.   Had I at least received a response I might have been more apt to stick it out a while longer.

I got 1 pop up that said I was in danger of a virus, and it used social engineering tricks to make it look like it was from My Computer, and Windows.   It tried to make me download a ‘fix’.   Someone less experienced would panic and let it download, and that’s where the virus would come from.    Fortunately, my partner, (the more experienced one) kept my panic level down and my real virus checker popped up to disconnect it.

RoseBiz seems a fairly new site (Dec. 2007) with only 4477 members, 4476 now…I can not recommend this site, but you may have better luck with it than I did, after all they do say they have 4476 members, maybe the problem is my end.
